## Narrative

Employee was lifting a 1.50"" wash down hose up from side of wash bin to wash out a classifier tank & sand screw, the hose had been lowered over the side of the bin to drain so it wouldn't freeze, and evidently some water remained in the hose & froze. The hose was heavier than normal.
