## Narrative

Employee was standing beside the electric water pump while it was running when the 2"" ball valve came apart on top of the pump.  He was sprayed with water and then the cam lock end of the discharge hose came apart and hit him in the nose.  The cam lock struck him in the safety glasses and nose.  He received a cut on each side of his nose and his nose was broken.
