## Narrative

Miner was walking up to the miner helper to relieve him for lunch and a rib rolled out that struck his side.  He later went to the specialist and was placed under doctor's care.  The miner was diagnosed with radiculopathy and right foot sprain.  The mine site did not receive medical diagnoses until 12-29-09.
