Narrative

EE was carrying aluminum monorail along the side of the tailpiece and slipped. The monorail slipped from his hands, fell and hit his right knee cap. The EE finished his shift, but decided to see a Dr. at a later date. The 2 MRI images of the right knee showed degenerative joint disease with no tear or internal derangement. Please consider this OI. MRI information attached.
