Employee was driving down the ramp, when he reached out his window to turn on the block light, he did not come to a complete stop & continued to roll when the cord wrapped around his wrist & caused his shoulder to ""pop"". He went to medic on site, was sent to ER Room for x-rays, which were negative. He was given a release with restrictions.
