Narrative

EE was on job of opening up kiln hood all day--entailed wrenching or burning off bolts. Near end of day EEs R elbow started hurting-in looking was red/swollen. EE went home, saw something & dug it out w/tweezers--EE alleges little metal sliver Returned to work 1/4/10, reported pain in elbow to super and requested med treatment.
