Narrative

Employee was adjusting a prell pot in a mucker bucket. As he attempted to stop it from slipping, he lost his footing, smashing his left ring finger between the handle & the bucket teeth. He went to medic on site & was taken to ER Room. This resulted in an amputation to the first knuckle.
