Narrative

IGNITION: The Continuous Miner was cutting coal in the No. 2 Face on the No. 8 Section, when the ignition occurred. The operator stated he was cutting bottom rock on the right side on the No. 2 Entry when the ignition occurred. The water sprays on the miner head put the fire out.
