## Narrative

EE was attempting to cross a moving belt using a belt crossover and slipped causing him to fall onto the belt. Chief Electrician quickly turned the belt off allowing EE to remove himself from the belt. EE suffered three cracked ribs and a fracture to his right shoulder blade. Prescribed treatment was rest and immobilization.
