## Narrative

The employee was operating a scoop hauling supplies underground. A diesel mantrip came upon the scoop and was traveling in the same direction. The scoop operator attempted to pull out of the travelway into a crosscut to permit the mantrip to pass. The scoop operator ran over a wooden crib block and bounced the employee into the roof.
