## Narrative

Employee was repositioning power cable for the ES18 (electric shovel) Standing on ground at the back of pickup truck 812. When shovel began to move down the ramp cable tightened catching employee on the right ankle, and pushing ankle against the bumper of the truck. Shovel was immediately stopped and employee was transferred to first aid. Resulted in fracture to right ankle.
