Narrative

Employee grabbed the tongue of a trailer to move it off to the side so it would be out of the way, while pushing the the trailer to the side the trailer tongue jack collapsed and fell on the employees right foot. The jack was found to be fully in the locked position. Employee suffered a acute contusion to the top of right foot.
