Narrative

EE was attemptimg to re-rail an Irwin Carrier loaded with a shield by scotching the wheel with a board. The board kicked out catching his left ring finger betwee the board and the frame of the car. EE received sutures to the left ring finger. EE returned to work the next scheduled shift.
