Narrative

Employee was replacing Troughing rollers on a 48"" conveyor. While lifting one of the rollers, employee twisted and strained his back. Employee went to lunch and felt stiff after sitting and then reported the incident to the supervisor. Employee was seen by a Dr. and placed on light duty.
