Narrative

An excursion of SO2 gas was released from the sulfite scrubber exhaust stack. The SO2 gas carried a distance of 350 feet causing three contractor employees who were assembling a product silo, to the east of the sulfite building to experience nose, eye and respiratory discomfort.
