## Narrative

Employee was preparing to go underground and was walking across supply yard to speak to the motor crew. As he was walking across yard he stepped on track rail and lost his footing due to the ice/snow that had fallen over the weekend, He fell and tried to catch himself with his right hand and lacerated his right hand in the palm area. Laceration required 6 stitches.
