## Narrative

Employee was walking to the parking lot in an enclosed breezeway, when he felt pain in his right leg after stepping along side a co-worker. The leg began to swell and be painful. He was seen by a dr and diagnosed with a partial tear in the achilles tendon. There was no event to cause the tear and as such is classified as an occupational illness.
