A roof fall occurred on the N. Mains Section in the face of #8 entry inby spad 10399 for 80'. The fall extended outby the intersection of spad 10399 for approx. 90'. The total area was approx. 170'x20'x8'. Area was mined 1/22/2010 & was supported w/5' fully grouted torq. tension bolts. The area will be partially cleaned to retrieve CM.
