Narrative

EE was shoveling sand near the BC13 head pulley for one hour to clean up the area and allegedly felt pain in his left shoulder. The X-ray was negative and he continued to do his normal job. He had a medical procedure on 02-2-2010 that made it reportable to MSHA. He continued to work. He had surgery on 3/8/10 that changed it to lost time status.
