## Narrative

Employee stated he was using a 3/4"" ratchet and socket to remove a nut on a steering jack on a Ram Car. The ratchet slipped internally and he lost his balance and tried to compensate with his other leg. He said he felt he had twisted something in his right knee. Employee started missing on 1/31/2010.
