## Narrative

Employee stated that he was bending down to pick up the miner cable to move it over out of the road, when he had a sharp pain in his lower left side of his back. He has had prior back problems and the MRI showed some bulging and at least two Liver lesions on the Liver. Also degenerative changes were noted. This all didn't just happen with him bending over.
