## Narrative

Two employees were securing a head roller frame to the mine roof. One of was operating a roof bolter& the other ee was holding the glue resin in the bolt hole. The ee raised the bolt through frame & the bolt struck the other ee's finger between the frame & roof. He received 17 sutures to close the laceration on his left index finger.
