Narrative

The employee stated that he was shoveling coal off of the catwalk of the collecting belt. He pushed forward to get a shovel full, and he felt a pop in his right knee. The employee continued working until he was scheduled for a MRI. It was determined that he had a tear of the MCL. He is scheduled for surgery on 2/8/10.
