Walking to the Cage through mud, employee stepped in mud and hyperextended his left knee. EMPLOYEE HAD SURGERY ON HIS KNEE 11/19/2009 WHILE ALREADY OFF WITH HIS RIGHT SHOULDER SURGERY. ALSO DUE TO THE UNDERLYING ARTHRITIS THIS IS BEING CLASSED AS OCCUPATIONAL ILLNESS.
