Employee was loading a train in cab one. While loading the train the left loading lever became stiff, and employee used both hands to pull lever to load the train. After loading he felt pain in his groin area. Was not reported until 2/9/10. He was sent to the company clinic where he was diagnosed with groin strain and placed on restricted duty.
