## Narrative

Employee states he was cutting mesh down on a ladder to form a seal.  Rib came down, employee jumped off of the ladder onto kennedy panels onto left ankle. The injuried employee was taken by ambulance to the ER where it was determined that he had a serious sprain to his left ankle.
