## Narrative

Employee stated that while bolting off of the miner in 8 South rehab area, he drilled a hole about 8"" into the roof when the drill steel became plugged. He removed the steel and cleaned it and put the drill steel back into the chuck and started to raise it into the hole when the steel hit the lip of the hole causing the steel to bend hitting his right wrist.
