Narrative

Employee began losing time for a condition resulting from changes in the AC joint of his left shoulder. He was experiencing pain in this upper extremity and sought medical attention. When an MRI was done it showed ""proliferative changes are present at the AC joint and at the undersurface of the acromion."" This is a result of his experience as an underground coal miner
