Employee stated that he was standing a battery cell upright when he felt some pain in his left shoulder. Employee has had surgery on this shoulder before and discomfort in this shoulder since. The MRI was done on 2/2/2010 and the results showed Tendonosis, Bursitis, Subcortical Cyst. and not for sure on any tears. This is a Occup.Illness.
