Narrative

Employee was attempting to dislodge a frozen chunk of rock that was stuck in the chute. Rock was dislodged and employee tried to catch it before it hit the shaker screen. Little finger was crushed against a ""J"" bolt. Tip of little finger to first knuckle was crushed and had to be amputated.
