## Narrative

Employee was attempting to step into the welding truck.  His right foot was on the ground and the left foot was on the step when he slipped on the ice, twisting his back.  He didn't think much of it at the time, but on 02/18/10 his lower back was extremely sore and he had a hard time bending over to put his boots on.
