## Narrative

Attempting to lower batter off of joy ram car, he failed to have car properly positioned. Car was titled and battery slid off the rear of car. This allowed the car to bounce causing his head to strike against the canopy of the car.  On the following Monday, on the 2nd shift at mid shift stated his neck was sore and he wanted to be taken from the mine.
