## Narrative

During the shift he loaded 2 drill heads and was climbing off and on equipment. At the end of the shift while taking a shower he noticed swelling. He continued to work at his regular duties as a supervisor until 2/12/10 when he was removed from work for surgery to repair an inguinal hernia.
