Occupational Illness; Employee has prior injuries to shoulder and injured it badly in a roof fall in 2007. Reported that he was unpluging scoop batteries and began hurting. Sought medical treatment on 2-2-2010 and was referred to family Dr that placed him off work for physical therapy and medication for pain.
