Employee changing 3/8"" wire rope cable on Kranco 10 ton overhead crane in Main shop bays 3 and 4. Injured employee and co-worker performing task in the man basket of an S-85 Genie man lift. While setting the hoist lower limit switch the employee caught the tip of their nose on wire rope cable causing a laceration which required sutures
