## Narrative

On February 16, 2010, Injury (Lhoist NA) was visiting the Kimballton underground mine.  While walking underground with other experienced mine  employee(s),  He twisted his ankle navigating around a muck pile.  Upon taking him to the hospital, x-rays revealed a broken bone.  He was at our facility to get familiar with our operation.
