EE stated that he was walking down the slope belt deck in order to examine the slope belt while carrying his lunch bucket. He said he stepped on some black ice in the walkway at about 7:00 down from the top of the slope causing his feet to slide out from beneath him, and he landed on his hips and lower back, Missing scheduled days on 2/9/10.
