Narrative

While operating a mantrip struck a battery ramcar on the travelway. The impact caused him to strike his head leaving a laceration. EMTs placed him on a backboard and transported by ambulance to Springfield Memorial ER. Treatment included staples to close the wound. A CT Scan revealed transverse process fractures. He was admitted for observation and discharged 2/24/2010.
