Narrative

Employee stated that had just put up his outside bolt in the seventh row of the cut. He was walking beside the machine to retrieve a half header to support a kettle bottom when the coal rib rolled out striking him in the lower back. He was placed off of work by his treating physician for physical therapy on 2/22/2010.
