Narrative

2 men were installing 6"" PVC, 1 man was using a 10 lb sledge hammer; another had a board. The man using the hammer hit the board driving PVC conduit together. When he struck the board it sprang loose from the other's hand hitting the first in the lower lip. Resulted in stitches to lip.
