Narrative

Employee was moving oversize material using a CAT 966H Loader. He stopped to blow his nose and dropped the paper towel he was using and tried to catch it. As he was reaching between the seat and the steering column, he jammed his middle finger on the steering column, dislocating the middle finger on his right hand.
