## Narrative

The employee was welding in the shop at the welding bench.  As the employee was welding, hot sparks fell down onto his bib overalls and started a fire.  The fire burned through the bib overalls and through his jeans before the employee realized his pants leg was on fire.  The employee slapped the fire out but not before receiving 2nd degree burns to his lower right leg.
