## Narrative

EE removed an empty oxygen cylinder from its storage area at S-1 Drive. He laid it down behind him & sat down while waiting on the track signal to turn green. After the signal turned green, he reached behind him to drag the oxygen bottle in front of him when the crib block he was sitting on creeled and his weight landed on his leg that was under him.
