EE reported climbing ladder on equipment when he felt his left big toe ""pop"". Nothing unusual about the climb - no slip, trip, fall, no imbalance, no awkward positioning, nothing being carried. When EE removed boot after work, big toe droopy. Diagnosed with extensor tendon rupture; surgery required. EE reported same surgery on same toe from chainsaw accident 40 years ago.
