## Narrative

EE complained of pain to his left knee. The results of th eMRI indicated he has a Bakers Cyst and degenative signal of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus. He has been scheduled for surguery. The condition is most likely due to repeated trauma recieved from 34 years of working as an underground miner and is being claimed as an occ. illness.
