## Narrative

Employee stated that he was driving a personnel carrier underground. While traveling, his hammer fell off the vehicle. When he stopped and got off the ride to retrieve the hammer, his left foot slipped on the watered down roadway causing his legs to spread apart. Because of the stretching of the legs, he injured his right knee (possible torn ligament).
