Employee stated that him and 5 other people were hanging the miner cable and after completing the job he felt some pain in his neck. The employee has had 2 prior surgeries, one on C4-5 and C3-4. The MRI shows degenerative changes, Arthritis and some bulging of a disc. He also had a car wreck a couple weeks earlier. This incident did not cause his problems.
