Narrative

EE's had the power center in a scoop bucket and were repostioning the power center.The ram of the scoop got caught on the bumper of the power center. The injured EE held a crib block between the ram and the power center to push it loose. The EE's hand slipped off the top of the block and was caught between the block and the transformer. Laceration-Fracture - finger.
