Narrative

While changing out an O-ring on a Husco split spool valve on a LeTourneau Loader, the mechanic helper got hydraulic oil in both eyes. Eyes were flushed, EE taken to Gillette optimetric for follow up eye exam. Employee received antibiotic/steroid drops & ointment to use in eyes. Employee back to work next shift with no problems. Eyes clear, no redness, ""100% better"", EE feels fine.
