Employee stated that he raised his bucket to push a feeder wing wall down. The scoop bucket slipped off the wing wall and dropped suddenly. Employee said he felt pain in his neck. He had a neck surgery and missed about 6 months of work last year. His neck was fused and 6 or 7 disc replaced he said. This is a degenerative disc problem. Will send documentation MRI and from Dr.
